I arrived at 7:00 AM for an oil and filter change. Check the service light going on and off randomly? Service technician said the shock absorbers needed replacement! I could only afford to replace the rear one because the front 2 cost$ 1200. I didn’t expect a $2000.00 bill when I came in for a simple oil change. I OKAYED for the rear shocks only. I was not informed that it would be 7 hours later that this was completed. I was not offered a ride or loaner vehicle as I had things to take care of that day. ( It was my Birthday ) I could have left it the whole day and returned the next day. At 12:00 I had to find your service person to see why I was waiting so long?It would have been nice if you could have a complementary wash. I was given a $ 100.00 discount per the coupon, Nothing else??? I use Nissan exclusively. It’s been a great truck. I know it is wearing but loyalty can run thin. I feel I was left out of the loop. Poor communication on time and charges!!! More

Met my service rep at specified time and he took down my information very quickly. I stayed at the dealership and waited for the service to be completed. The service rep went over everything that was taken care of and discussed future considerations regarding items to be aware of for future service. I couldn't be more pleased with the total ""hands on" service I received from pulling into and departing the dealership. More
