Made appointment for service and recalls. Dropped off at 7:30, no call on updates or time vehicle would be ready. Service department couldn’t find vehicle at 5:30. Then told would need to wait until 6:00 fo 7:30, no call on updates or time vehicle would be ready. Service department couldn’t find vehicle at 5:30. Then told would need to wait until 6:00 for glue to dry. Only did 2 of 3 recalls and was told to make another appointment for the third ( and most important) and would need to leave vehicle overnight. Previously had all 3 recalls pulled up and time estimate given for them was “ Two Hours”. More
