I am so sorry that you felt that 90 minutes was too long. We could not do both your oil change, tire rotation, and the 27 point safety inspection and adjust the tailgate on your truck at the same time because, during the "The Works" process, your truck was eight feet in the air. Then, our lube tech turned your truck over to a service technician who then had to tear down your tailgate and diagnose the problem - then put it back together for you (for which you were not charged anything). We understand that you needed to leave for another appointment you had. We are sorry that you did not have time to allow us to give you our free hand car wash. Feel free to stop by at your convenience and we will take care of that for you as well. I hope this satisfies your concerns.

Thank you for your response and I apologize that I did forget that you did do the 27-point check as well. I thought the tech only looked at the tailgate and for that reason I thought the oil change took too long. I stand corrected
