Dishonest pricing and lied to us! Pioneer Ford did NOT honor their advertised internet price on the new 2020 Explorer we were trying to buy. At the last minute, they added 3,500 back i Pioneer Ford did NOT honor their advertised internet price on the new 2020 Explorer we were trying to buy. At the last minute, they added 3,500 back into the deal and refused to honor the price that was clearly posted online. This is against GA Law and we have submitted a formal complaint. They have a new internet person and we were told that he has changed the way prices are posted. Be aware! If you go to buy from them, you will not get the price you see online. They also add in hundreds of dollars in fees and lie by saying it's required by the state. Do your research. The state of GA does NOT require the amount of fees that they will try to charge you. It is purely for their profit and is blatantly lying to their customers. This dealership wasted several days of our time and we felt very misled and lied to. Would NOT recommend to anyone. They are the epitome of a lying dishonest car dealership. More
