My Expierence I bought a new truck near 2 years ago at Pioneer Ford. This was my actual 30th new car purchase but my very first time at Pioneer. I have always belie I bought a new truck near 2 years ago at Pioneer Ford. This was my actual 30th new car purchase but my very first time at Pioneer. I have always believed in helping the hometown businesses. They worked with me and gave me a great price on the exact truck I wanted. My new truck was having issues and I brought it to Pioneer to get fixed. They corrected the issues and told me the power train warranty would not cover the issue. So the total would be close to $1000 and that is a lot to someone like me. I spoke with the General Manger Robby Winiarczyk regarding the price and he knocked 50% off the total to help me out. This was just the first occurrence of Pioneer showing me they treat there customers as family. The very next week my truck started to act up again. Yes, I was upset and frustrated now because of the issues. I dropped my truck off again and prayed that it would not break my wallet. Robby personally called me to tell me that whoever (Walmart/Bremen) changed my oil last did not put enough oil back and it was the wrong oil at that. Also there was no damage but it could have locked the motor up if I would have driven longer than I did. Pioneer only charged me for an oil change and that was it. They spent countless hours going through this truck to figure out what was happening. They did not charge me for any of that. I really was thankful and also happy. Pioneer Ford cares deeply about there customers and values there needs. I will continue to have all my vehicles serviced there and I will remain purchasing my vehicles from them as well. We are USAA members and my husband completed an on-line form with USAA to find the best price available on the Ford Eco Sport. He received many emails from different dealerships but Pioneer Ford was the only dealership that emailed an itemized quote including a picture of the vehicle. We had researched the price of the Eco Sport Titanium and the price they emailed was extremely good. We drove out of our way to their dealership and continued to be amazed. They gave us a good price on my 2006 Liberty and we purchased the Eco Sport that day. We would highly recommend Pioneer Ford to everyone. Good honest dealership. Thank you Pioneer Ford!! More
