Perfect car, perfect price, awesome experience! After an awful experience at another dealer (that I left a review for here as well), Pioneer Ford stepped up to the plate in a huge way. I decided to shop 4 dealers online, and asked each for a price on a car they had in stock. Pioneer's was the second best price, but only slightly higher than the best, and they were local, so I didn't have to fly, get a hotel, and drive 10 hours home, so the minimal price difference was 100% worth it. Once I agreed to the price and submitted my credit application online (a super easy process), I waited about 30 minutes and got the call that everything was all set and I could come get my new Mustang. After a quick Uber ride out to Bremen from Roswell, I pulled in to the parking lot to see my car, all clean, shiny, and ready to go, backed up to the front door, just as promised. I was greeted with smiles and hand shakes, met the salesperson that would handle my delivery, the internet manager that handled the pricing, the owner, his wonderful dog, and a few other of the staff. Apologies for not remembering everyone's name! We took a test drive while the paperwork was being printed etc., and after a short wait, I signed everything, took several pictures with the car, and was on my way home, and I couldn't be happier. If you're one of those that thinks buying a new car is a painful and awful experience, you just haven't been to the right place. Go to Pioneer Ford! If you think you can't get a good deal anywhere, go to Pioneer Ford! If you just want to know what the buying experience should actually be like, go to Pioneer Ford! I've had my car about 10 days now, and when I got home yesterday, I was greeted with a boc from them containing a new coffee tumbler and cookies, in addition to the hats t-shirt, tote bag, and other goodies I got when I was at the dealer. Not to mention due to childcare issues Robby brought the new car out to me at my house and went over all the details while my baby could be looked after. He set up everything in my driveway for me. It was so helpful to me! Bob was amazing to help go over the paperwork and warranty information and answered every question I had over multiple days. And when he was off one day he had people ready to help me sign papers. It so refreshing to have a dealership not be just a dealership but actually care about my personal preferences for a vehicle but also acknowledge my family and the limitations I have with both my career and childcare. I have purchased multiple ford cars from many dealerships because I never felt like the sales person ever really cared about me and just the sale but despite the 25 min drive to pioneer I will in the future always use them!
