I didn't try any because I already had my own coffee but it's Starbucks so I'm sure it's good 😊 the wait took a Lil longer than they predicted but they were busy and gave my car a complementary wash and they do let you know when your vehicle is ready so yes would recommend to anyone to use them👍 More

From the expert customer service of Heather, who hit all the customer service skills points- greeted us with a smile, call my wife and I by name, asked questions of our needs, and thanked us for our business- to the service dept.. Also the sales closing was just great, we were very relaxed about the financing and the vehicle turnover was smooth. The only hiccup in the whole process occurred when the battery on the 2014 F150 died. I was little let down, that I had a problem within 3 days of purchase. But, after I was able to get a jump from my neighbor, I started out toward the dealership with the mindset -"I was going to now have a ruff time getting this issue solved". Wow!..........once I reached the dealership( Heather had already updated the techs), I was impressed how the service team took ownership of the problem, apologized for the oversight, then installed a new battery. They made sure all the trucks systems were operating and I was soon on my way. Thank You Pioneer Ford..............Customer for life! Shawn A. Fleming More
