Ended up having to go back three straight days in a row. Wanted a quote on tires when I called in to set up an oil change service. Never received the quotes. Took vehicle in for service and inquired as to why I did not receive a tire quote email as promised? This was on a Friday. Ended up ordering tires and brought vehicle in following Monday to install new tires. Picked up and on drive home, front end was shimmering. I called service department to let them know and brought vehicle back in once again on Tuesday to get new tires balanced correctly. Slip indicated that balancing weights had fell off apparently? Was provided a loaner vehicle on Tuesday so I did not have to reschedule any of my work meetings which was good! Things happen I get it, but I was disappointed that I had to spend three straight days dealing with this. Service Department did apologize, for what it is worth, and hopefully this was an aberration as I have been satisfied with service provided to this point. More
