This was our first visit to Pittsville Ford. He brought a new Explorer to their location, but it was not exactly what we had in mind so he went on line and found another vehicle with everything that we wanted. He had it picked up in Pennsylvania and brought to Pittsville Ford and that is the one we purchased. Our dealings with Bill were very pleasant and unlike many car dealers, there was no pressure sales pitch, which we very much appreciated. We were also very pleased with the Finance Manager, Brian Post. He was extremely knowledgeable and made what usually is a pretty dismal experience a much, much better experience. He was helpful and carefully explained everything before we put the ink to the page. Pittsville Ford appears to be a very cohesive, friendly dealership and we hope to have many years of good service. In August of 2008 my old car died on me. I wanted to buy a brand new car. First, I went to another dealership to purchase a car. Then I spoke to Mike on the phone and he asked that I give him two days to a brand new car. First, I went to another dealership to purchase a car. In fact the car he found me I liked even more than the one at the other dealership! It's a good feeling to have someone as dedicated as Mike on your side! My wife and I went to Pittsville Motors just to look, but after talking to Michael and the folks there, we were so impressed with their laid back friendly atmosphere we decided to look seriously. We did like the Ford Sport Track but did want to take a look in Easton as well. Mike went beyond the norm in taking time with us to go over every single question we had. We still said we'd like to go to Easton to look. Mike said: "Hey, take the Sport Trac to Easton, use our gas and there is no obligation whatsoever." We did and decided basically because of Michael and the friendly family atmosphere at Pittsville Ford to purchase the Sport Trac at Pittsville Motors. Even now, Michael calls to see if all is well with us and our Sport Trac. The service dept. is as easy going and friendly as the sales dept. In August 2008 I went to Pittsville Motors to purchase a new Ford Fusion. He showed me everything about the vehicle as well as went on a test drive with me. He was very enthusiastic, energetic and definitely a thorough salesman. I have since then visited Pittsville motors for oil changes and everytime I have visited them I was offered coffee or a refreshment and out in a reasonable amount of time.
