On June 19, 2010 we visited Pittsville Ford with the intention just to browse the lot/look at F-150 features, styles and colors, etc., for the potential of a future purchase of a new F150 in late 2010/e intention just to browse the lot/look at F-150 features, styles and colors, etc., for the potential of a future purchase of a new F150 in late 2010/early 2011. Salesman, K.C. Colgan greeted us on the lot, although we told him we were 'just looking today', he took the time to show us F-150s and answer our questions. We were very impressed with Mr. Colgan - he is very knowledgeable on the Ford product, for his personality, his friendliness and his priority to customer service. Thus, on that initial visit to the dealership with K.C. Colgan's assistance and patience, we ordered a new 2010 F150 to meet our needs and specifications. We took delivery on the truck on Saturday, August 7. Since we live 3 hours/157 miles from Pittsville Ford, Mr. Colgan coordinated the installation of a Leer truck cap and Line-X bed liner that was completed by time of delivery. We would definitely recommend Pittsville Ford and will direct friends/family/inquiries to K.C. Colgan for vehicle purchases. Pittsville Ford has become our dealership for life. I had a problem with my car (one that wasn't purchased at Pittsville) and I stopped at the dealer I got the car from for repairs and advice. I was told that I needed about $1200 worth of work. I decided to go ahead and just look at trading my vehicle in instead. I met with a salesperson, picked out a car and went over figures. I agreed on the figures, however, when I went to pick the car up I was told the car was sold. I was furious. They didn't even call to tell me, they let me find out when I got there. I spoke to a friend who recommended Pittsville Motors. Cody came and picked me up, went with me to get the car, brought it back to the dealership and found that the only immediate work I needed was to plug a hole in the tire. They did advise that it was time to get new tires, but they said that I didn't need the rest of the work. I was still interested in trading- they found a car that I wanted and went over the figures then delivered the car to me the next evening. My whole experience with Cody was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!
