To rate this dealership was so important to my parents (who do not have a computer) that they ask me to do it for them. After much shopping around...They are very happy w/their decision to buy a 2010 Fus (who do not have a computer) that they ask me to do it for them. They were pleased w/their entire car buying experience. They decided to have body side moldings & pin striping added. I must add, sharp looking car. They were so pleased w/that, my dad added pin striping to his Ford F150. They are going to have all the service for both vehicles done @ this dealership. They have found a "small town feel" with "professional dealing". The people make the dealership & Bill has made them feel like family. As the daughter, it is comforting to know that my parents are in such good hands when it comes to their car needs. Pittsville Motors, Keep up the Good Work! I originally purchased a used F250 truck from Pittsville Ford but discovered that it wasn't heavy duty enough for what i needed it to do. We were shopping for a new Ford truck and knew exactly where to go to get top of the line service. This is our fifth vehicle purchased through Van Salter and Bill HIll. Van and Bill have always been extremely helpful, honest and professional with us and anyone else they were dealing with while we were in the dealership. I feel they always take the extra steps to maintain a relationship way beyond the sale of their vehicles. We have always had any questions answered and issues resolved immediately if there were any to be addressed. There is honestly not one thing I could suggest they improve. As soon as I began browsing cars, Bo, the salesman approached my family and I. He was very nice and knowledge on the mustangs I was interested in. When I got back to the dealership the mustang was sitting out front and had been clean and detailed for me. After much consideration, and Bo being extremely patient I test drove a brand new mustang and decided that was the car I wanted. Bo and the manager worked up numbers to my liking and treated me very well. They were very down to earth and talked to me as if I knew them longer than a matter of hours. I highly recommend this dealership. More
