I drove in from out-of-town for an inspection, got a fair and firm offer that was good for 3 days, then drove back and dropped the car off the next day. During these interactions, I dealt with 3 different employees, all of whom were genuinely friendly and all of whom were kept well-informed by their colleagues of what agreements had already taken place. I was very impressed at how easy it was to sell my car for a price that Kelly Blue Book signaled as fair. I highly recommend this operation. More

Second, we were told that we would hear back yesterday if the car would not be finished. We brought it in on a Tuesday and this was a Wednesday. Nobody returned our calls. We needed to know because we have a rental car to return. We are now nearing the end of the day on Thursday, we received a call from a young woman saying our parts were in, we didn't order any parts, so obviously that is why they did not get it finished yesterday, but still no call. Where is the customer service folks! More
