Planet Honda - Service Center

I arrived at 9:30 a.m. to have a LuxCare package installed. I was told it would take 3–4 hours. They did not offer me a shuttle service or loaner vehicle. I found the lounge and waited. At 4:30 p.m. I asked how much longer it would take, and was told “20 minutes.” I was waiting another hour. I finally got my vehicle back at 5:30 p.m. The service tech made no apologies and gave no other explanation for the 8-hour wait than, “You weren’t the only one we had to to do today.” He was curt and unprofessional, and had his Guy-Fawkes-print face mask down or under his nose most of the time. I don’t generally bother to leave reviews unless a business really impresses me, and Planet Honda did the exact opposite. I spent an entire day in their waiting room with no updates until I asked, long after the work should have been completed. More

It was time for my regular oil change and, although Planet Honda is located in Golden and I live in Highlands Ranch, it's worth the trek! I've always been told that dealerships overcharge for their services, but I find PH to be very fair and reasonable. They will only offer additional services when they feel it's absolutely necessary. When the weather allows, your car will get a complimentary car wash and you can't beat FREE snacks and a stellar coffee machine in the comfortable, spacious waiting area. Planet Honda gets my 5-Star rating! More

Took my Honda in for oil change. As part of their service they checked battery. As a result a day later my wife was stranded away from home when car would not start. I had to travel to her location thinking they checked battery. As a result a day later my wife was stranded away from home when car would not start. I had to travel to her location thinking I would have to jump start car. I discovered that battery cables had been left loose. Once I tightened them the car started right up. Sloppy work. Be very cautious of Planet Honda service More
