I'll tell you..........while I love the car you have paper work issues, system issues, and Sales Manager problems. I would fire a Sales Manager that treated me the way he did. He is a throw back from the awful days of car shopping and doesn't like women.........that is obvious! Jaime Payne stepped in after I emailed the company about the way I was treated. I am extremely satisfied with my new used Prius and happy with monthly payment that is on the low side. I was pleased nitbto have to haggle iver price and delighted nit to have had to pay the usual $499 handling fee. Overall, this has been the best car dealership experience I've ever had. Our daughter then purchased a Hyundai, from Dean, in 2015. He was the same trustworthy, kind person he was in 2002. Then, we began to look for a used truck & decided to try Planet Hyundai yet again. Dean was still there & we were thrilled. He would send us links with pictures of whatever trucks might come onto the lot, but with no pressure. One particular truck struck a cord with us & now we have a "new" Ford F150 that we are very pleased with. We had visited a different dealership (not Hyundai or Honda) when we first started looking for a truck & felt that we were being guilted into test-driving & possibly buying on that very day, even though we had firmly told them that we were just beginning the search. If & when we need another vehicle, we will certainly give Planet Hyundai a visit. Each time we have been there, Dean has treated us with nothing but respect. He listens to our wants & needs & tries his best to help with no pressure. He obviously likes his job & obviously likes to be of help!!! More
