Satisfaction My family and I have owned a lot off Hyundai's. To own a Hyundai is 'Satisfaction' to me. Hyundai's have given me the best service and reliability of My family and I have owned a lot off Hyundai's. To own a Hyundai is 'Satisfaction' to me. Hyundai's have given me the best service and reliability of any other car I have ever owned and at 80 years old I have owned a lot of cars. Planet Hyundai always services my cars and I have never had a complaint, their service is friendly, professional and over all exceptional. I will continue to own and drive Hyundai's. More

They told us the car was in pristine If I could give this place zero stars I would. My fiancé and I purchased a 2008 Subaru Legacy about 2 years ago. They told us the car was in pristine condition and that they did a 30 point inspection. Upon test driving the car, we could smell something burning coming through the heater vents. Of course it wasn't something we were going to ignore, so we asked about it before purchasing the vehicle. The mechanic explained to us that he had recently topped it off with oil and spilled some on top of the engine and not to worry about the smell. We trusted their input as we were assured their "mechanics are top notch and the best in the state of Colorado". After purchasing the vehicle, we took the car to another mechanic as any smart person would do and were told a CV joint was torn. The mechanic preceded to tell us that "as a mechanic, you would have to be blind to miss this because it is blatantly obvious". He showed us the tear and as non mechanics, even we could see it. Planet Hyundai agreed to repair the CV joint. For the following 6 months we continued to advise them that the burning smell had not gone away and they kept assuring us nothing was wrong and that it "takes a while to get the burnt oil off of the engine". Finally, one day I was driving and the car began to smoke and overheat. As it turns out, the head gasket blew and the engine was done for good. The vehicle came with a two year warranty but the engine issue was not covered. We were looking at a $7000 fix 6 months after purchasing the vehicle! I just want to reiterate ONCE AGAIN, that they told us "everything was fine, a 30 point inspection was done yadayada etc..." after expressing our concerns on several occasions. Planet Hyundai refused to make things right. Finally, after threatening legal action (which we were very serious about and had already contacted a lawyer for advice), Planet Hyundai agreed to replace the entire engine at no cost. They made it sound as though they fought with the warranty company and "went to bat for us", but in reality they foot the bill themselves because they knew they sold us an unsafe vehicle after making a clearly fictitious claim about the thorough inspection. They also didn't want to get sued. Fast forward to a year and a half later ANOTHER head gasket has blown on this supposed "practically brand new engine"! Now I ask you, how does this happen?! How do two engines blow in two years when we have taken care of this vehicle very well? After we had a mechanic that specializes in Subarus look at the vehicle, we were advised that a faulty job was done on the replacement engine and that it has caused the engine to slowly fail over time. It was shocking news, but I'm not surprised at this point. They clearly cheated us out on the replacement job because they wanted to save as much money as they could seeing as they were forced to foot the bill. After explaining this to Dan, the service manager (who is not a mechanic by the way and doesn't even know what copper spray is), he explained that they are not at fault and are in no way liable for the way the engine was replaced. He basically called us liars and assured us that his mechanics are top of the line and would "never cheap out". He even attempted to insinuate (in a nonchalant way) that it must have been the specialty Subaru mechanic that ruined something on the engine. Mind you, the mechanic had not performed any sort of work on the vehicle, and did the inspection in front of us to show us what was wrong. The only time any other mechanic had performed maintenance on it, was for simple oil changes and all were done right in front of us (Jiffy Lube has windows that allow you to watch). During the conversation, Dan asked why we had not brought this up to them sooner if two separate mechanics had told us "their mechanics aren't efficient in their work". Well the answer to that is simple; why would we trust them after being assured a 30 point inspection was done when there was a torn CV joint (that even a non mechanic can see), being reassured the burning smell was simply spilled oil and initially refusing to make things right when our engine failed the first time? In addition, the most recent engine issue just happened so that is precisely why we have come back to them as of now. It is a matter of distrust, dissatisfaction and time frame. After straight up asking him "when it is determined by your crew that a faulty job was done on the engine replacement (because it will), will you make things right"? He refused to answer the question and simply said, "well that's a lot of hypotheticals". My advice to everyone would be to stay as far away as possible from this dealership. They will make you promises and tell you about their "30 point inspection", but they can not be trusted. They don't really do a 30 point inspection, at least not in my case. If they did, they would have recognized the torn CV joint, faulty engine and never would have done a terrible job in replacing the new one. Never before have I been more dissatisfied with a company. I wouldn't be surprised if they erase my review, after all Dan told me they have "great reviews all around" but I know I am not the only one that has experienced such wrong doing. Don't worry, I will continue to post it if they delete it and share with everyone I know. Not because I want to jeopardize their business as some sort of attempt at vengeance, but I simply want to save everyone else the costly hassles you will likely face. They truly played us and have caused a major financial burden due to their negligence and failure to own up to it. Shame on you Planet Hyundai! How do you guys sleep at night? More

Excellent Service Center I have been using Planet Hyundais service center since I bought my Santa Fe in January and I love it! Everyone I deal with is always friendly, honest I have been using Planet Hyundais service center since I bought my Santa Fe in January and I love it! Everyone I deal with is always friendly, honest and extremely helpful. Joshua Maldonado is the service advisor I have dealt with most and I have had nothing but great experiences with him. He listens to my concerns and has all of them checked out. I trust that he is taking good care of me and my car. All of the service advisors have treated me very well and cannot do enough to address my car concerns. I absolutely recommend the Planet Hyundai service center...they are dependable, quick and trustworthy. More

This is a good thing. excellent product is the Hyundai and it is way better than our 2007 Hyundai Veracruz. The test drive was reaaly good. tried a 2016 Sante Fe and the 2016 Tucson sport. We went up and down a long hill to test the power and performance. Wow so inpressive were both vehicles. We decided that the 2016 Tucson would best fit our budget. Yes we are very pleased.
