New dealer opened just prior to covid.I think they have not staffed up and can not service their existing customers. Everyone was outstanding and overly friendly. We came on Saturday as directed and they had given my tire away to another customer so very kindly explained and offered to come get my car on the following Mon Saturday as directed and they had given my tire away to another customer so very kindly explained and offered to come get my car on the following Monday to replace the tire. They did and everything was great I thought. But I'm a woman and I don't pay attention to details and my husband is very sick with stage 4 cancer so yesterday as we were leaving to go to the Cancer center for one of his treatments this was the first time he had seen my car and he shook his head. They did replace my tire but it's a different tire than the other three on my car. I feel they knew as a woman and a woman with a sick husband it wouldn't be noticed. And they were correct! It's just sad because these are some of the things my husband thinks will be done to me as a woman once he's no longer with us. It sad it's already happening when he's just so sick and not able to speak up for me. We just noticed this yesterday and his appointment was more important than calling you to complain. I just expected more from you. More
