My purchase experience with Planet Lincoln Love Field was nothing short of amazing. I cold called the dealership on Saturday afternoon and was transferred to Tanya who was able to verify the vehicle I wante nothing short of amazing. I cold called the dealership on Saturday afternoon and was transferred to Tanya who was able to verify the vehicle I wanted was available and promptly sent me over the numbers that were requested along with the credit application. I was able to complete the credit application and was contacted by the James in the finance department within the hour who provided me with all of the finance options that I asked for before close of business on Saturday. I was able to finalize the purchase the same vehicle from Planet Lincoln Love Field this morning. I was even able to e-sign almost everything, and my car will be delivered to my home tomorrow morning without even having to step foot in their dealership. Tanya was absolutely amazing. I originally wanted to get something just to get out of my car that was upside down, but I left with more than I expected thanks to the value they placed on my trade. Hello. This is the second time I had to bring my vehicle in for the same issue. I understood there was a maintenance backlog for service before bringing our vehicle to Planet Lincoln. I scheduled my vehic in for the same issue. I understood there was a maintenance backlog for service before bringing our vehicle to Planet Lincoln. I scheduled my vehicle for maintenance a week out. After bringing my vehicle in for repair, we waited another week for it to be completed. We purchased the Ford Premium Maintenance Plan. I thought the repairs were covered. The Fuel/Oil pressure sensors had to be replaced and the spark plugs were replaced. Also, I was unable to get my military discount because my card was already charged $1456. The service was great, My vehicle was repaired but the scheduling process and validating my service contract left me with concerns about the process. Thanks again for your support. More
