I had a service manager by the name of Angel. This guy never returned a single call. Never called me to give me an update. The only thing this dealership is good for is an oil change. My service provider was Angel Alonso. He doesn’t answer phone calls. He acts as if he’s helping you by dropping hundreds of dollars on your repairs but, in reality they are crooks.They will inflate the service hours on fixing your vehicle and overpriced parts for your vehicle just to put money in their pockets. I have an extended warranty that was paying a hefty amount for service repairs, but he claimed he needed all of these extra hours just to fix my vehicle, which was not needed. This place is garbage and unprofessional. They use these tactics of presenting you a higher amount for repairs then come back and say: I took this amount off just so you would feel they have your best interest at hand. I’m sure they manipulate a lot of wealthy people like that. I will never take my vehicle back there again. This has to be the biggest scam ever besides paying $210 for a diagnostic fee, for each part of your car that you have concerns, you have to pay $210 to have your vehicle diagnosed. My advice would it be to take your vehicle as well for repairs run from this dealership? More
