Warranty coverage sucks I purchased a 2013 Ford F250 super duty 6.7 and also purchased a platinum warranty their platinum warranty when I purchased it I was told it covers ev I purchased a 2013 Ford F250 super duty 6.7 and also purchased a platinum warranty their platinum warranty when I purchased it I was told it covers everything from bumper to bumper except for wear items. That was a lie it covers very little I would never buy another warranty or a vehicle from Plantation forward their people did exactly 0 for me in fact parts for missing off my truck when I got it back from them and they said why would we take parts off your truck if that's the best they could do the need to go to selling ice cream or lemonade or something on the side of the road not vehicles their sales and service writers suck More

Ford only I greatly appreciate how ford goes out of there way to help me anything and everything. There are times when I can’t just drop off due to my work sche I greatly appreciate how ford goes out of there way to help me anything and everything.
