I love my Mustang which replaced my 350Z and I kick myself in not making the trade sooner. The sales force there was like working with a family and I didn't feel pressured one moment, very refreshing. And taking delivery of my new Mustang was painless and done in less than an hour. I then recently had to visit the service department for my Mustang's first oil change. I was in total shock that I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. (My last experience with Nissan in CS I sat and waited for almost 4 hours for what they called 'express service') I love the guys and gals at Plantation Ford and can't imagine any other dealership giving such outstanding service! I was given a good deal, with outstanding financing, and none of the shenanigans that one usually associates with a car purchase. There was no "good cop bad cop" routine. There was no "we need some more money down to finalize this" during the 11th hour. There was no bait and switch in where they show you a vehicle you can't afford and then try and make you settle for something less. There was no "change the finance source" at the last minute which ups your interest rate. I was financed through Ford Finance, so I'm not scared that they will sell off my loan. It was a very quick and painless process. I knew what I was being offered before I stepped through the door. There was no change in the deal. Jim Gormly was straightforward and completely transparent in the process. The car I test drove, was the car that he offered me. And the car they offered me was the one I was already fully approved for. This is so refreshing. I can't recommend them enough. More

We took it for a test drive & I was very impressed with the handling and the many features that it has-the back-up camera was new to me & I do not even have one in my Mercedes. The whole shopping experience was just great-no pressure-great price-fast closing. As a General Contractor I will be using this Escape a lot. Thanks Mike for leading me to it. More

Chris the sales manager is incredibly professional, extremely friendly and very different than other sales managers. He's open and upfront. I really appreciated meeting both of these gentlemen they are the reason I bought my $50,000 Ford Explorer sport. I would do it again. I left two other dealerships because I didn't like the way they were treating me until I came there to plantation Ford. I had gotten into terrible arguments at AutoNation ford in hialea, Florida and was pressured too much at Metro Ford in Miami. Go here and you will write and thank me. More

We purchased two nice trucks and were informed in detail about both vehicles as one is a diesel and one is a gas motor. Jim synced our phones to both vehicles and seamlessly processed all of the paperwork in no time at all. It was after hours and they still stayed to ensure the job got completed right the first time. We are extremely pleased with the service we received from ALL at Plantation Ford. Jim and Chris especially. We were so pleased that the same week following our purchases we bought pizzas and drinks for the entire staff. Five stars across-the-board! They will not try to oversell vehicles, options or warranty add-ons but will work hard to meet your requirements. I recommend Jeff and Plantation to any buyer and will return there in future for any vehicle needs. PS. I have written a review before and travelled over 50 miles to get to this dealership - it was worth it. More
