Worst dealership ever! I purchased a used F-150 and the second day I had it the truck would not start. The dealership was responsible for any repairs within the first 2 wee I purchased a used F-150 and the second day I had it the truck would not start. The dealership was responsible for any repairs within the first 2 weeks ownership. When I reached out they wanted to have it towed to their shop but never made it happen. They claimed because it was lifted they could not find a company to tow it. However, the company I used to have it towed to a shop stated they were contacted by Empire he gave them a quote and they never responded. To make my situation worse my wifes engine went down and since I work away from Home I had to have the truck fixed so my wife could use my old truck to get to work. I had no choice but to pay out of pocket to repair my new truck and now that I am asking for reimbursement for a replaced starter they wont even respond. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a company! I am filing a complaint with the Attorney General, DMV and reaching out to corporate GMC and Buick because businesses like this can not go unchecked. If you are thinking about buying a vehicle or getting one serviced go somewhere else because they clearly have no Integrity and will leave you out to dry! More
