Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership. There was a Toyota Limited 2025 with 600 or so miles advertised (bronze). I asked for out the door pricing, they came in at $50,700. I offered $48,500. They didn't accept. Fine. All good. Severy days later, I upped my offer to $49,000 OTD. They came in at $50,000 OTD and said that is their lowest offer, can't go lower. Fine. I said no. Before all this back and forth I allowed them to run my credit because they said they would match or beat my current financing offer. I completed a Toyota finance app which was approved. First problem I encountered is they would not give me the approval letter or information on my credit application. This alone is not good. If a customer asks for their credit approval information, they should provide it....Anyway, I really wanted the vehicle, so I finally gave in and agreed to their $50,000 (I did say let's do $49,900 just to make me feel better that I caved into their price). Previously Luis provided me the out the door detail which showed the price that was advertised on the website (in the $50,000 offer). So, I was essentially accepting the website price. Everything was going well, I ordered an Uber to get to the dealership because I expected to buy the vehicle that night, so I had to get there without a vehicle. As I am getting in my Uber Luis texts me and says we don't have a deal, that his sales manager isn't approving it. Basically, I cave into these guys and when I finally accept their offer they say "nope". These guys are lousy people. I assume they wanted to get me in the dealership and raise the price, etc. Again, I accepted the online price. These guys are unethical, slimy, liar, salesmen....do not subject yourself to them. More
Service was quick with minimal wait time. Service advisor thoroughly went over the vehicle inspection and advised of service provided and any potential issues with the car . I’ve had this service done at $80 many times so when Tucker my service dude brought the bill to pay at the cashier I wasn’t prepared for the $140 bill. I did have a coupon which is rarely usable because of there bad timing, I finally got to use one. I was questioning the total without a coupon and my sarcastic Tucker friend didn’t like my questioning it. He looked at me with his xxxxxx off face and sarcastically said, ‘Well that’s the price’ as he walked away… Even the cashier gave a startled look as Tucker walked away… Just would be nice to have been aware of the price change… I’m getting close to my wits end with this group. Next time I’m going to look for other options. More
