Got my car from here recently! I had a good experience! There was a bit of a wait but it was the weekend and there were a lot of people but once I was talking to a sales advisor everything went smoothly and quickly! Bak was my sales advisor and he was great! He made sure my questions are all answered and he explained everything very clearly. He made the deal quick and easy.

Derrick (Sales) was fantastic to work with. He was kind, professional, and never pushy — he knew from my first visit that I was comparing several makes and models, and unlike a salesperson I dealt with at another dealership, he never pressured me to buy on the spot. He offered honest, helpful perspective on different options along the way. He and senior manager Syed even helped source the car I wanted from another dealership farther away, and Derrick and his colleague helped me return my rental car to the rental location near where I live. Paco (Finance) was efficient and straightforward. He didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, like the wear and tear warranty — a refreshing contrast to an experience I had with someone else on the same team.

purchased a truck from this dealership, and we later discovered they had painted part of the truck. The paint work was not disclosed, was not on the Carfax, and the paint doesn’t even match. When we brought it to their attention the following week, they basically told us it wasn’t their problem and refused to make it right. Very disappointing way to do business. Buyer beware—inspect everything carefully and don’t rely solely on the Carfax.

I’ve only purchased 1 vehicle from them solely because their small dealership allocations but the service department treats me wonderfully. They always tend to my requests. Elvis, Kevin and the young lady service writer (name escapes me) are truly top tier. Met the shop foreman James yesterday, and was impressed with his addressing my vehicles needs. I don’t know the shop techs so I couldn’t expound on their expertise but I’m convinced the will attempt anything to the best of their ability.

I am beyond frustrated and honestly disgusted by my experience at Toyota of Denton. I visited this dealership three separate times trying to buy a 2026 RAV4, and each time I was treated with more disrespect and dishonesty than the last. I understand negotiating back and forth on price — that’s normal, that’s fine. But what happened on my third visit, July 15, 2026, was not normal. I sat down with a manager, we agreed on a price, and I signed the proposal. In my experience with other dealerships, that signature means the deal is done. Then, out of nowhere, a second manager came out and told me they could not honor the price the first manager had just agreed to and signed off on. How does that even happen internally? Why am I being passed between employees who apparently can’t agree on what their own dealership is authorized to sell a car for? We had no choice but to walk away, completely blindsided. Then, the very next day, July 16, 2026, the SAME manager who had originally agreed to the price called me back and offered me a final price on the RAV4. I said yes. I received a text message and a voicemail confirming the deal. Less than a minute later, I got ANOTHER text telling me the car had already been sold to someone else. I am absolutely stunned. This isn’t a case of a dealership trying to get more money for a car — that I could understand, even if I didn’t like it. This is flat-out dishonest, unprofessional, and disrespectful treatment of a customer who was ready to buy, in writing, on the record. I wasted my time, my trust, and my patience on a dealership that clearly does not stand behind its own word.

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form.
