Manny helped me return a VW that I had leased from another location, and purchase a new one from Platinum. I am not a skilled negotiator and don't like to feel like I am being "sold". He ran the numbers on leasing and purchasing, and warned me that the numbers that I was presented with from elsewhere may not really be their bottom line when it came to signing (and he was correct).
