It was an absolute pleasure working with Joe R. from Platinum VW. I was in the market for a new lease of a VW Atlas. I was at the end of my Infiniti QX60 lease and was shopping numbers at various VW dea Platinum VW. I was in the market for a new lease of a VW Atlas. I was at the end of my Infiniti QX60 lease and was shopping numbers at various VW dealerships. My first stop was to their website, which was extremely intuitive. I spoke with a customer coordinator via a chat system, explained what I was looking for and asked for next steps. The representative assured me that she would put me in contact with someone from the dealership. 20 mins later I received a call from Joe. He is such a nice man, not pushy, just listened to my needs and asked what did I need from the vehicle. At this point I was really only interested in captain chairs. Joe said he would get back to me with numbers. At this point I was getting the run around a from numerous dealerships that would only provide numbers if “I came in to speak with a salesman”. With how things are post-COVID, I did not think it was a huge deal to get simple numbers via either phone or email. Joe came back to me within an hour with solid competitive numbers and advised me that they were waiting for a shipment of cars, so it could be a couple of days. I asked joe to send me the deal in writing in the interim, to discuss it with my wife. After discussing the terms and looking at other dealer supplied numbers I knew Joe and Platinum earned our business. To my surprise, Joe reached out to me the following morning to tell me not only did the vehicle I was interested in came in a week earlier, but it was heavily optioned and they would honor the original prices quoted. It was at this point that I asked Joe for next steps and he sent me the credit app via email. I promptly filled it out and had a firm deal within a matter of hours. I took delivery of my car the following day and was impressed on how seamless the entire experience was. I was delivered a vehicle in less than 20 mins. Joe and Platinum not only over provided on the dealership experience, but they have earned a customer for life. The not only had extremely competitive numbers, the transaction process was easy and pressure free and delivery was a breeze. Kudos to both Joe and Platinum for making the leasing process easy! More
