He was not pushy, didn't ask for my phone number or email, and was just straight up. Josh, owner, also was helpful, informative, and enthusiastic about my car selection. I was expecting the upsell during the financing, which I find annoying, and Bill said "we don't play those games here." I only wanted the tire coverage and he was very straight forward about everything, and fast. Jim was helpful and patient showing the new technological features to a guy who never bought a new car and had one from 2005. More
