From the time I stepped in the dealership to the time we took our vehicle Manny Lucas was 100% on board with us and our needs. He kept me informed all through out the process. Even the finance manager took his time at explaining every single option we had at saving in our deal. Lastly, even after I had already taken the vehicle home Manny and David from the service dept worked hand on hand to make sure I was happy with the running boards the service dept installed. Overall I am truly happy I purchased my first Volkswagen from Platinum VW. I will gladly recommend anyone to buy a vehicle with Manny and Platinum VW. More

I went back in over the weekend with my husband and we met with Adam and Joe, they were able to answer all of our questions and were very patient with us. They did not try to push anything on us. We were undecided between the Tiguan and Atlas. We ended up deciding on the atlas and couldn't be happier with the car.
