I purchased the 2009 Volkeswagon CC via the internet. AJ followed up through-out the whole process and assisted with directions through Downtown NY-coming from VA, not know the area well. Was able to walked in go over the vehicle's bells and whistles and by the time that was complete, was able to walk in with the Loan Processor-Dave and sign away and was able to complete the whole transaction in under a hour. Great experience and the best rate found via the internet for a 600 mile radius-6000.00 less than everybody else. Other than not being aware that the vehicle is actually a Coupe-new genre-and it being a little lower than what I prefer, the CC is awesome and completely love the vehicle! If someone doesn't have a lot of time to be out and about looking for a vehicle, I would definately refer them to try experiencing purchasing a vehicle via internet, mine was a pleasure, rather than a dred!
