I had never leased an automobile before so I was a little apprehensive about it. AJ my salseman was very calm and did not make me feel pressured. Including the time spent looking at the car in the showroom, taking a test drive and returning to pick up the vehicle, in and out in less that 90 minutes. What a great expereince. My compliments to the entire staff at PLatinum Volkswagon for this excellent experience. As for the car, we love our Passat!
