Not a pleasant experience Called the night before to ask about 3 cars, was told all 3 were there. When we picked up our vehicle, it wasn’t cleaned. There were papers and a hair brush left inside from previous owners, windows were filthy. Truck bed wasn’t even cleaned or rinsed out. Salesperson didn’t even walk us out or offer to show us any of the features of our new car. Way home I tried to wash the windshield and a light went on stating washer fluid was low Sales person said the detail shop wasn’t available that day and we were lucky he tried to clean it. More

Called to inquire about a vehicle advertised online, as we are more than 2 hours away, with pre-approved financing on our own When they sent the deal over, they had raised the sale price roughly 2k, added we are more than 2 hours away, with pre-approved financing on our own When they sent the deal over, they had raised the sale price roughly 2k, added on 1400 for paint protection (not discussed) 1k for a lojac (suspect was already on vehicle since carfax shows prior repo, and is only there when required by lender) 1400 for pre delivery inspection (they knew it had electrical issues, and a private shop only charges a couple hundred. I'm a mechanic, 85% sure i already know what the issue is, their shop has tried 2 things to find the problem and can't, i dont trust their in house inspection) undisclosed taxable and untaxable fees, doc fees, etc, plus tax, raising the out the door price 10k (50%) over advertised price. I had a little bit of an unusual transaction as I was purchasing a new 2024 Silverado and at the same time trading in an almost new 2024 vehicle. I own a Corvette and purchased touch up paint pen from Arcadia Chevrolet. Unfortunately, The parts department sold me a touch up paint pen they had since 2017 and was 8 years old and expired. The paint pen did not work because it was expired and the paint was all gooey. When I finally spoke with the parts manager Chris( never calls you back)( took over 3 weeks to finally get ahold of Chris), instead of ordering me a new paint pen as they said, Chris tells me to return the defective paint pen and he will refund my money back to me. Chris confirms my information and tells me he will send me a return shipping label and refund me upon receipt. I never received the return shipping label, so I called and spoke to Chris again. Chris now tells me to discard the expired paint pen and he will refund my money. I never received the refund, so I call Chris again and he tells me he is unable to refund from his end and that I should contact my Bank/credit card and dispute to get my refund. Chris did not honor his word. This is not how a GM dealership should be run. Very unethical and unprofessional. Arcadia Chevrolet is tainting the GM and Chevrolet Brand name. This was so frustrating and I am extremely unhappy with my experience with Arcadia Chevrolet and would not recommend this dealer or bring my Corvette to them for service as they have poor business practices and do not honor their word. Buyer Beware!! More
