My 2007 Mustang that I bought from Plattsburgh Ford has had an Airbag recall for almost 2 years and every time I called about getting it fixed I was told they only received 4 airbags a month. I called Plattsburgh Ford on June 30 , 2018 at 8:15 am and spoke with the Service Manager Darlene and asked about ordering an Airbag as it was close to the first of July , I had told her I wanted to get one before they were all gone for the month and she stated she didn't know who ever told me that but that was not true. She did say she would order one that day but could not tell me when it would arrive or even give me an estimate date of arrival. I asked her name which she did give me but I was not sure how to spell it (Her last name) I asked her to please spell it , she replied by using the "F" word in her answer to me ! I was dumbfounded. My wife later called to speak to the owner , The owner was no help at all. I feel they are rude , speak nasty, don't care about their customers , lie, and don't want to fix issues that are safety recalls. Plattsburgh Ford's owner is a "Nobody" just as he states , he call himself a Nobody and he is right. He is useless and a liar just as his Service Manager Darlene the nasty mouth is. They treat people like dirt and don't care.
They don't care about you or your safety.
