No one bothered to follow up. I had to keep calling for information regarding the part we ordered. Messages left were not returned. Waiting room is stuffy and claustrophobic. Attempt to sit outside left us with a very broken dilapidated bench. Toilet seat in restroom was badly stained with urine. We had to ask for our car to be washed after it was serviced. Certainly not what is expected from an expensive car dealer! There were no new vehicle inventory, all were a few years old. More
