Shaun was very warm and pleasant on the phone and made feel like family before even stepping foot in the building. When I pulled in, I was greeted with smiles from all the employees and offered something to eat as well as something hot or cold to drink. I worked with Christian and Jared during the sales process. Both individuals were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly patient with me. I got the exact Ram 1500 I wanted and ended up paying less than I expected. No games or pressure. There wasn't any point in time where I didn't have a smile on my face. You are cheating yourself out of a great deal and a great experience if you buy anywhere else but here. I will most certainly be back for my next vehicle. More

I’d rather not rate this dealer, at least from today’s electronic communications standpoint. When anyone gets back to you from a text on their website, it’s the same old rhetoric. Dance around the questions, and with all of my texts and emails, only one person gave me an answer on basic questions regarding a new vehicle sale. My experience is this dealership employees do NOT read the texts and or emails. I feel from the last few days trying to communicate with Plaza employees, I’m not important or they don’t need another vehicle, IN MY OPINION, I’m sorry to say. More
Make sure you READ the contract! We tried to negotiate online, as dealerships are doing t his lately and we have done it in the past and have been very successful with that. They told us that they were giving “great” deals if we came in to deal directly with them. We were reluctant because we know what happens...long days there, but we went. We got an email that morning saying the price on the 2018 Dodge Journeys were lowered to $19000.00 ish. There were other “possible” discounts on top of that. We had a USAA discount of $1000 and we used their financing, even though we had our own bank financing for a cheaper rate, to get an additional 500.00 off. When we talked to the sales person we told her we didnt want to talk “payments” because we know how that works, we said we want to talk “out the door” price. We told them we were planning on putting money down and told them how much money we had. We in no way told them that our “out the door” price was including our down payment. Since when does anyone ever mean that! The whole time we negotiated we were asking them, this is out the door right?? Yes right. When we agreed on the numbers, 4 hours later, then waiting for financing, our finance gal never went line by line and by that time, we felt we had negotiated the numbers and get us the heck out of there. BAD IDEA. They had us financing the entire “out the door” price. The numbers were so fudged on the contract you couldn’t tell if you were coming or going. We called the next morning thinking they made an error but they didnt. They would not negotiate with us..and why would they..they got our money. More
