THE TIRES ARE JUST FINE. I WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE YOUR PHONES WERE NOT WORKING AND I COULD NOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AND NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. Reccomendation: It would be nice to have updated info on our repairs every 30 minutes or so. I sat and waited for 4 hours until I was told my car was ready. came in for a oil change, tire rotation and check a squeaking noise. Said noise may be the rear shocks. Said our tires were about ready to be replaced. Offered to sell us new tires. We declined. Called back to say oil change was done but couldn't rotate tires because bolts were too rusted. So if we said put on new tires would the bolts still be too rusted.
