After looking online at available trucks at Plaza Ford I needed to find time to stop by and see the truck in person. It happened to be on my busy day but stopped anyway. Gordy was exiting the building and asked if I needed help which I did. I told him I was in a hurry and would like to start the buying process but come back after the weekend to finish up He had me out of there in 30 mins with the paperwork to bring to my financial institution. Went back the following Monday pick up the truck within 30 mins and he even included some free oil changes. Never pushy, very easy to talk with and quick.
