I Lenor Bellgrave was looking to purchase a car over the last five months. In most situation I had some form of dissatisfaction, or complaint. A friend recommended me to visit the Honda at the plaza. From the moment I came in he tried to put me at ease. I am not a very patient person, and I always have a lot of questions. Mr Prescod manage to put my spirit at ease, never once did he behave as though my question were too much, or that my questions were stupid. on top of that, he treated my as though I was the most important person in the world at that moment. I went home and told my husband that I found a dealership with really caring honest people and we agreed we will be back in the near future to make that purchase.
