Plaza Honda

I Lenor Bellgrave was looking to purchase a car over the last five months. In most situation I had some form of dissatisfaction, or complaint. A friend recommended me to visit the Honda at the plaza. From the moment I came in he tried to put me at ease. I am not a very patient person, and I always have a lot of questions. Mr Prescod manage to put my spirit at ease, never once did he behave as though my question were too much, or that my questions were stupid. on top of that, he treated my as though I was the most important person in the world at that moment. I went home and told my husband that I found a dealership with really caring honest people and we agreed we will be back in the near future to make that purchase. We also recommended a couple of our friends to drop in on Mr. Prescod. We are glad there are still real, caring honest people in the business. I was looking to lease a car and ended up at a Honda dealership. The people there were rude and unprofessional. However, my brother and a friend convinced me to go to Plaza Honda since they had bought their cars from there before and raved about the customer service. I decided to give it a shot and met Mr. Hinds. He was patient, respectful and extremely friendly. It was due to his great customer service that honestly I decided to ignore my horrific experience at the other dealership and get a car with Honda.
