Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jamell Reid was a great guy to work with. Although I couldn't get the car on my first visit, due to no credit history, and then had to reschedule my appointment was a great guy to work with. Although I couldn't get the car on my first visit, due to no credit history, and then had to reschedule my appointment twice because of personal reasons, Jamell showed great professionalism and customer service throughout this whole process. He isn’t your typical “car salesman.” He is a genuinely honest, kind, professional and knowledgeable person and people like him come very few and far between. What I appreciated most about him was the fact that he listened to me the very first time we sat down and spoke. During my visits to the dealership, I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase a car that wasn’t in my financial budget nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my age or gender. He was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to find answers to the questions he wasn’t able to answer at the time.
