I was new to the car buying experience when I began my search for my first vehicle last month. He isn’t your typical “car salesman.” He is a genuinely honest, kind, professional and knowledgeable person and people like him come very few and far between. What I appreciated most about him was the fact that he listened to me the very first time we sat down and spoke. During my visits to the dealership, I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase a car that wasn’t in my financial budget nor did I feel like I was being taken advantage of because of my age or gender. He was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond to find answers to the questions he wasn’t able to answer at the time. Lenrich took the time out not only to educate me about the whole car buying process, loopholes to be aware of with car salesmen and financial consultants but also made sure to follow up with me during the entire process even when I made the unfortunate decision of purchasing my vehicle from another dealership. I honestly believe that I wouldn’t have had such a terrible experience had I been more patient and purchased my vehicle from Plaza Honda with the help of Lenrich Prescod of course.
