After many bad car shopping experiences, I have found a new car home at Plaza Honda. I walked in on a Thursday evening after 6 and was greeted by Lenrich who did an excellent job at explaining the features new car home at Plaza Honda. Plaza Honda has done an excellent job in training their sales persons people in customer service and professionalism. Lenrich was smooth and didn't make me feel rushed in my decisions to purchase a new vehicle. He was able to get the purchase process initiated that evening, with paperwork, a price and a VIN number for the vehicle I chose. The next day Lenrich was in contact with me throughout every step of the way to make sure I was kept up to speed with the financial process. When I arrived on Friday I was able to basically just sign the paperwork and drive away in my brand new car. He even did follow up calls to make sure I was enjoying the car as he promised I would have. Overall Plaza Honda treats their customers exceptionally, they have great prices and are willing to negotiate your trade value to benefit the customer the most.
