Plaza Honda

After many bad car shopping experiences, I have found a new car home at Plaza Honda. I walked in on a Thursday evening after 6 and was greeted by Lenrich who did an excellent job at explaining the features new car home at Plaza Honda. I walked in on a Thursday evening after 6 and was greeted by Lenrich who did an excellent job at explaining the features of the Honda Accord I was interested in. Plaza Honda has done an excellent job in training their sales persons people in customer service and professionalism. Lenrich was smooth and didn't make me feel rushed in my decisions to purchase a new vehicle. He was able to get the purchase process initiated that evening, with paperwork, a price and a VIN number for the vehicle I chose. The next day Lenrich was in contact with me throughout every step of the way to make sure I was kept up to speed with the financial process. When I arrived on Friday I was able to basically just sign the paperwork and drive away in my brand new car. He even did follow up calls to make sure I was enjoying the car as he promised I would have. Overall Plaza Honda treats their customers exceptionally, they have great prices and are willing to negotiate your trade value to benefit the customer the most. I would recommend anyone that is going to buy a car and doesn't want the usual runaround to go to Plaza Honda. Trust me, you won't regret it! More

Larry Hinds is a very professional sales person who is very supportive of your needs. He listens well, and represents you well, in negotiating a fair price for the car you are interested in. We have been loyal Honda customers for over 12 years with the same dealer. We walked into into Plaza just to "look" and get an idea of what we wanted but not purchase. One of the qualities that we admired about Jamell was his lack of "salesman pressure" which sometimes is either a bit excessive or a turn off all together. When we were in our NEW car,Jamell went as far as to give us his personnel cell # and tell us to call if anything should arise. Two days later, i called and Jamell stood behind his words. I must say that my experience at Plaza Honda was the best by far, and this is coming from someone that hates the whole car buying experience!! I was actually refered to Plaza by my sister and traveled from by far, and this is coming from someone that hates the whole car buying experience!! I was actually refered to Plaza by my sister and traveled from Queens to Brooklyn to the dealership(that's a big deal for me) because I’d heard such great things. I was not let down!! My sales person, Jamell Reid, was amazing. I came to Plaza looking for an Acura TL Tech AWD. I told Jamell exactly what I was looking for (I had a Laundry list LOL!!) and he delivered all those things and more including a great price on the car! He knew my car inside and out and navigated me through all of the cars tech features which was extremely helpful. I was coming out of a lease with Acura Financial that was over due to be returned and significantly over mileage which was a huge worry of mine. Jamell was able to take me through that process smoothly. I simply found Jamell to be a really nice person. He was professional, sincere and honest which are traits not found often enough in folks these days. I was very much pleased and appreciated his service. Overall my experience at Plaza was great! i've dealt with other car salesmen before but none even compare to this guy. There is no smooth talking to pressure you into buying a car. We actually pulled Lenrich from the Honda side over to Acura to lease our vehicle. Never before have I encountered a more geniune, honest and down to earth salesman on a showroom floor. Not only did he make the process of leasing my vehicle less anxious, he also checked in with me weeks after the sale was completed to remind me that I needed to slowly break my car in and not to push the engine too much. Only salesmen who truly care, take the time to attend to costumers after the sale is already made and commission is already banked. I hope he is still employed there 3 years from now because he raised the bar and set the standard pretty high. Thanks, Lenrich! More
