When I first got the call from Dmitriy about him having a car for me that I could drive the same day I honestly didn't believe him. But when I got there he really had a car for me! I was only looking for a u car for me that I could drive the same day I honestly didn't believe him. But when I got there he really had a car for me! I was only looking for a used car but instead he got me a new one which made everything so much better! He showed me the car and I absolutely loved it. Mr. Hinds appeared so personable and concerned with my & my family's interest that I sought his assistance this year when my lease was up and, to my surprise although I returned alone, Mr. Hinds asked about my wife and children. Best car buying experience ever!!! After having a really bad experience at another Honda dealership, I did not have high expecations when I arrived at Plaza Honda, but boy was I wrong! Stan welcomed me imme bad experience at another Honda dealership, I did not have high expecations when I arrived at Plaza Honda, but boy was I wrong! Stan welcomed me immediately, made me feel very comfortable, which is not always the case for a woman trying to buy a car, sat down with me to discuss everything I needed in a car and was determined to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. In about an hour Stan was able to work everything out and I was able to buy the car the CR-V that I always wanted! Adrian, the sales manager, came over to meet me and ensure that everything went well during my visit, which has never happened in any other dealership I have been to. Kevin made the whole financial part of the transaction easy and painless. When I went to pick up the car, Stan sat in the car with me and showed me how everything worked- even set up my blue-tooth for me!!! Just an amazing experience with these three guys and I would, and have, recommended this dealership to many people. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car! More

I was not able to drive away that day with my car (didn't have the color I wanted) but I did buy a 2013 Honda Fit. I picked up the car today, 8/17/12 and am very happy with it. More

Upon entering the dealer ship on Saturday morning for a scheduled 11:15 appointment provided by a very professional and pleasant internet sales consultant Taeisha Phillip, I was greeted by a very professio scheduled 11:15 appointment provided by a very professional and pleasant internet sales consultant Taeisha Phillip, I was greeted by a very professional and pleasant young lady or receptionist who offer me to participate in the morning face book raffle. I had arrived early and informed the receptionist of the reason for my visit. Larry immediately responded to assist with a proper greeting, he was a courtesy professional and very knowledgeable in assisting me with my purchase. The only draw back was an extremely rude salesman coming over while we were conducting our business asking "Larry" if he could work at another location because "he" had a customer. Thank God that rude salesperson had enough wit to direct his question to Larry and not utter a word or direct his rudeness to me. Prior to the offensive salesman coming over the finance manager Kevin Weekes came over to greet me as he remembered me from my initial lease 3 years prior. Larry handled the rudeness as a extreme professional by offering me lunch (sandwiches for the customers) and relocating me to the lounge area to await Kevin's completion of his customer. Kevin who was extremely knowledgeable and professional on two different encounters finished with his customer and immediately waved me over, found the best available options inclusive of extended bumper to bumper protection and completed the task at hand. A good day was completed at Honda with one rude bump in the road after traveling from Westchester County to make this purchase. More
