Service department is horrible, they have no customers service training or respect. they are very immature and they're lack of knowledge is. Is only exceed by a peanut. Brought a part of honda. Called honda and explain what's going. Was told to bring the vehicle in to check and see what's wrong with it. Mind you am a certified mechanic. So i know what's wrong with my car. Now they're telling me it's this and that. And that's the reason why am having the problem. In short, they think everybody is stupid. All they're trying to do is sell you stuff you don't need. In short. I will never ever buy another honda again. Honda Plaza is a bunch of thieves. And they don't know what they're be talking about. More

The most satisfying experience leasing a car from Plaza Hond My previous car was purchased from Plaza Honda in 1999 and I enjoyed driving it for 20 years. I made a plan, right and then, to walk into Plaza Honda Sales Department. I was greeted pleasantly, by Jasmin Oneal, one of the Sales representative who enjoyed a few laughs with me, and got to work right away to figure out my needs and to provide me with choices. She listened to my past experiences driving a Honda, understood my needs and was able to quickly gauge the car that would suit me well. Simultaneously, she took care of the paperwork effortlessly, processed the vehicle so I could use it immediately with care and sensitivity. I was impressed with the way she worked with the representatives in her department, and took control of ironing out the details so I could drive a new car home that very day.
