Lawrence's sales approach is unaggressive and patient. My wife and I always felt well taken care of given the fact that Lawrence was always responsive to telephone calls, follow-up sales visits, etc. He was wife and I always felt well taken care of given the fact that Lawrence was always responsive to telephone calls, follow-up sales visits, etc. He was also very knowledgeable about the different models and features, differences between other manufacturers, etc. We have also been extremely happy with the Honda Pilot we leased. One thing we did not like was being handed off to someone else to handle the paperwork and final negotiations. This was not Lawrence's fault, just their procedure and I believe it is quite common in the industry. That being said, we leased an Acura a couple of years ago and the sales rep did all of the negotiating and paperwork, which made for a smoother process. More

When I went to finalize paperwork and pick up the car everything was smooth and efficient. Great trade in price for my old car, and unmatched lease deal for the CRV. Adrian was also another friendly employee that I interacted with at Plaza Honda. Adrian assisted me with financial paperwork, and was kind and informative, like Stan.
