On November 11th 2011 the car malfunctioned and I brought it in for repairs and the Service Manager I dealt with was Mr.Hafiz Kawsar. He was very polite, professional and respectful. And by the grace of GOD, Mr Kawsar suggested we trade in the car for a 2012 Honda Pilot and he took it upon himself to speak to people in the sales department. Glory and Thanks be to GOD almighty in Jesus Christ, because we had no intention of buying a new car at that point in time, we bought a new 2012 Honda Pilot the following day November 12th 2011.
