Excellent Customer Service, price, honesty, I just purchased a brand new CRV with Larry as my agent. At first, I had purchased an HRV, but since it took so long to ship the car to the dealership I just purchased a brand new CRV with Larry as my agent. At first, I had purchased an HRV, but since it took so long to ship the car to the dealership, I switched to the CRV. Larry was very helpful in replying back to me either with calls, messages, emails. Also, this dealership is very honest (such as managers and agents) and doesn't overcharge like the one from Bay Ridge. At the end, Kevin filled out all the paperwork to close out the purchase.
