My 2008 Certified Civic was towed in after being pushed to the side of the road. The local mechanic offered to replace my engine with a second hand for 1800 plus labor and everybody told me that the deale to the side of the road. I am SO glad that I brought the car to the dealership. This is impeccable service: trustworthy prompt and friendly. Kawsar is knowledgeable about all aspects of service parts, maintenance, and warranty...and he carries it off well because he is quick intelligent and confident. I can see the man is busy, but he made time to sit with me and break things down and I never felt rushed. He even had pictures of my busted engine and took a video of the replacement, who can ask for more? I am so impressed by how quickly he got all the paperwork in, and the brand new engine replaced. Even better, everything was covered under warranty!!! And now my warranty has been extended. I am so grateful. I came to Plaza Auto Mall and met Stanley Winslow and he was very nice, calm, and friendly and a super professional and knowledgeable about everything dealing with trying to sell you a car that was the best fit for you and that you would be very happy after you leave. I was very impressed right away with him. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by Lorna, and even though I did not have an appointment, a sales person was called to help me immediately.
