He was able to answer all the technical questions I threw at him- I warned him I had read all the reviews and was already familiar with the car somewhat. He was very down to earth with a good sense of humor which put me at ease right away - this was a big purchase for me and I have to admit I was nervous. Mr Thomas was able to help me find the exact model I wanted without trying to confuse my search. Mr Thomas followed up with me after a day or so of driving my new Civic. I really appreciated him being available for feedback. Overall the experience at this dealership was excellent, including the finance person who was also friendly and very informative. I feel I purchased this car at a fair price. More
