Excellent Customer Service, price, honesty, I just purchased a brand new CRV with Larry as my agent. At first, I had purchased an HRV, but since it took so long to ship the car to the dealership I just purchased a brand new CRV with Larry as my agent. At first, I had purchased an HRV, but since it took so long to ship the car to the dealership, I switched to the CRV. Larry was very helpful in replying back to me either with calls, messages, emails. Also, this dealership is very honest (such as managers and agents) and doesn't overcharge like the one from Bay Ridge. At the end, Kevin filled out all the paperwork to close out the purchase. More importantly, his graciousness, absence of 'hard-sell', patience and general civility was the reason I chose to stay and buy a car (beyond the fact that the product, the CR-V Honda is an excellent car.) The environment was friendly and they provided coffee and iced water. The only downside was that the purchase process was exceedingly long. But, it is because of Mr Hinds that I chose to stay and complete the deal. More

True Car price not True I was utilizing True Car to search for a vehicle. Dealers can offer a bottom line no haggle price on vehicles and it makes it easier to shop. I travelled 80 miles to look at a car from Plaza Honda. I checked out the car and began to discuss the True Car price. They wanted to tack on an additional $895.00. I expressed concern that it was supposed to be a bottom line price. After the salesman discussed it with the manager she told me good news/bad news... Good news is you do only pay the True Price ... Bad news is we just sold the vehicle. Yet, here it is a week later and the vehicle is still listed for sale. Bad business, shady bait and switch antics... Wasted my time. Fortunately, I was looking at 4 different vehicles in the same general area and found one on a competitors lot that I purchased. More

Terrible Service They sell you a broken used car and tell you there’s nothing wrong with it and when you go to services to get it fixed they put your request aside and They sell you a broken used car and tell you there’s nothing wrong with it and when you go to services to get it fixed they put your request aside and tell you to wait until the parts are ready to fix the car meanwhile no parts were ordered. Honda plaza services are the worst they don’t do anything for your car and they waste your time. I’ve been waiting since May to get my A/C fixed and it’s now June 18 and I still haven’t heard anything about my parts yet. When will I get my A/C fixed? More
