PLAZA DISSAPOINTMENT My sister and I went to Plaza on President's day to look at the Honda HRV. On line the website stated they have 10 available When we got there and inquired they said they have none and a possible shipment will arrive after 5 pm, so we said we would leave, then they said they could possibly have one brought in from Kings Plaza. So we asked to see a used one to see what it looked like, they had a bright red used one across the street. The back passenger windows were tinted very dark, I asked the sales person a young lady if that would pass inspection, she said she did not know. The salesperson was not knowledgeable of any features the car had to offer and really could not answer many of my questions. When we came back I asked about the model,trim and color of the HRA that supposed to come, of course she did not know but brought back a paper from her manager asking us to fill out contact information first before we could ask anymore questions, there is a lot more I can say but to close this review I ended up at Hillside Honda, it was like night and day and we walked away with a 2018 Honda HRV for a great price and satisfaction of mind. I work for the city of new York and am definitely going to tell my family and colleagues of my experience at Plaza Honda. Don't recommend this dealership. More
